Limited Product Warranty

Container Box LLC warrants that all containers sold through our website will be delivered in the condition represented at the time of sale.

This warranty applies to structural integrity and major functional components of the container at the time of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

Our limited warranty covers:

  • Structural defects that significantly affect the usability of the container
  • Major door functionality issues present upon delivery
  • Significant undisclosed damage that existed prior to delivery
  • Delivery of an incorrect container model or size

Customers are encouraged to inspect their container immediately upon delivery and report any concerns as soon as possible.

Warranty Claim Period

Warranty-related concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the container and affected area

Failure to report issues within the warranty period may result in denial of the claim.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Warranty Resolution

The chosen resolution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Limitation of Warranty

Customer Responsibilities

Failure to properly maintain the container may void warranty coverage.

Container Box LLC proudly offers free delivery throughout the United States on qualifying orders. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
