Shipping & Delivery

Container Box LLC proudly offers free delivery throughout the United States on qualifying orders.

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and scheduling requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for safe container placement. If special delivery arrangements are required, our team will work with you to coordinate the process.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The container must remain in substantially the same condition as delivered.
  • The container must not have been modified, altered, or customized after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Customers must contact us before initiating a return.

Returns may be completed through:

  • Return by transportation arrangement
  • Approved drop-off location where applicable
  • In-person return arrangements when available

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Container Box LLC.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original product purchase price.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, transportation, and inventory processing costs associated with returned containers.

Restocking fees may be waived in situations where:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The container arrived with significant undisclosed damage
  • The issue resulted from an error on our part

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers should inspect their container upon delivery.

If a container arrives damaged during transportation or differs substantially from the product ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the container and any visible damage

We will review the information and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancellation before shipment
  • Incorrect container delivered
  • Significant undisclosed product issues
  • Approved returns meeting our return requirements

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Customer changes their mind after delivery
  • Customized or modified containers
  • Delivery delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the advertised condition of the container
